Stampin' Up! Zoo Crew Birthday
Oh boy! This card was so much fun to make! I made it during a facebook live with Andrea and all kinds of things went wrong for me but the card is completed and is such a fun card!
The sketch was super cool, not sure I followed it totally but oh well. It was the jumping off point that I needed to get me moving.
I started by fussy cutting the cute racoon holding balloons from the Zoo Crew DSP which I then coloured the racoon with Bronze and Ivory. This is popped up onto the piece of Bright and Beautiful DSP. This was then adhered to a layer of Lemon Lime Twist. The sentiment is from the Charming Sentiments which I cut apart and popped up onto the card front. I added a few of the Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots. The cardbase is Basic White where I stamped using Memento a sentiment from Hello Ladybug. Now is where the fun starts. I stamped using Alphabest and Memento, the letters for Happy Birthday alternating on lemon lime twist cardstock and the Bright and Beautiful DSP and punched out using the Best Label Punch. Then I adhered them in an arc around the sentiment. Lastly, I added a strip of dsp to the bottom. Now the cardfront was adhered to the cardbase. All finished!
