Picture This dies

Todays projects were so much fun to create,  just can’t wait to share them with their recipients.  The theme for this swap for February was something with a beating heart.  I don’t normally make Valentines so a traditional heart card wasn’t in the books for me.  This left the interpretation wide open.  Since this swap doesn’t include Stampin Up demonstrators exclusively, I am able to dig deep into my retired stash and explore.

I used the Picture This dies and cut out Basic White, Basic Black, Real Red and Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  I stamped up donkeys and frogs from the Darling Donkeys and So Hoppy Together stamp sets which I then coloured using Crumb Cake, Petal Pink and Real Red for the donkeys and Mossy Meadows Stampin blends for the frogs.  The colourful mattes are from the Plaid Tidings dsp paper pack.  The Basic White projects are teamed up with Crumb Cake cardstock and sponged with Crumb Cake ink.   Sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays along with a small strip of matching dsp complete the inserts for these cards.

Are these adorable or what????
