Stampin' UP! Design a Daydream DSP Congratulations Card
Welcome to my blog, East Coast Stamping with Mary Louise. Today's post was created using a sketch from my side line, Andrea. What was even more fun, we created together via facebook live using the same sketch. It was so much fun. Of course we had different interpretations of the sketch as we have very different crafting ideas. Did I mention that it was so much fun???? Crafting alone can be therapeutic but when I have the chance to be with friends, either in person or virtually, I take full advantage.
I needed a Congratulations card as I just had a new member added to my team! EEkkk, so exciting.
For the card, I used an Old Olive cardbase, topped with a piece of Design a DayDream DSP from the Annual Catalogue (2022-2023). I topped that with another layer duo of dsp and cardstock. The sentiment was created using the Something Fancy Bundle, stamped in Memento on Old Olive cardstock. Daffodil Delight cardstock was punched using the Double Oval punch, topped with the sentiment and popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. A small bow using Essentials Bakers Twine and adhered using a Mini Glue Dot was added along with some Classic Matte Dots to finish off the card. So colourful but fun! Can't wait to give it away!Materials and dimensions:
Old Olive cardbase, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, 2 x 4 1/2, scrap for sentiment
Daffodil Delight scrap for punching
Basic White 4 x 5 1/4
Design a Daydream dsp 4 x 5 1/4; coordinating piece 1 3/4 x 4 3/4
Something Fancy Bundle

Let me know what you think, did I mention we had a lot of fun?
